Something Wicked This Way Comes...

I LOVE Halloween. I love horror. I love spooky stories. I guess one could say its my adrenaline rush. Others like roller coasters, bungee jumping, or flying planes. I get a rush from scary movies! 
I thought it would be fun to compile a list of all of my favorite fall films!

                          HALLOWEEN (1978)
A slow film but I love the simplicity. The soundtrack is eery!

  HOUSEBOUND (2014)
One of my favorite films any time of the year. This ones a comedy/scary film.


  ANNABELLE (2014)
This film scared me! I like scary films that are actually scary.


  DEATH BECOMES HER (1992)
My husband and I watched this recently for the first time. It's pretty hilarious and a great movie to watch during the Halloween season.  


  CLUE (1985)
Clue is hilarious, but suspenseful. 


  REAR WINDOW (1954)
I love all Hitchcock films. This is my favorite. Its realistic and intense and Grace Kelly is gorgeous to look at!


 THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS (1993)
This shot always made me laugh when I was a kid. Classic Halloween film. Beautifully designed and lovely music.


  CASPER (1995)
Because Bill's in it.

  DRAG ME TO HELL (2009)
This film is funny/scary. I love the music and the ending!!!
    

  ARSENIC AND OLD LACE (1944)
This is one of the first films I watched with my husband when we were dating. It's the type of film where you're watching it and thinking 'How have I not seen this before?" I loved it. We will definitely be watching this every year.


  IT'S THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN (1966)
Cute Halloween film. And one of the only animated shows I don't get annoyed with!


  THE CONJURING (2013)
This. Is. Scary. 


 THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN (1976)
A another slow but intense, scary film! 

 TALES FROM THE CRYPT (1989) "And All Through The House"
Tales From The Crypt is hilarious and cheesy. This episode is my favorite. 



  THE RING (2002)
My dad took me to see this when I was 12. Thanks, Dad?


  FOUL PLAY (1978)
Goldie, Goldie, Goldie. Oh, how I love you. This film is a comedy with a bit of suspense. It's so good!


  BEETLEJUICE (1988)
One of my favorite Tim Burton films. I've had a crush on Michael Keaton since I was little. 


  GHOSTBUSTERS (1984)
He's my favorite character in Ghostbusters. "Do you wanna come in for some mineral water or somethin?"


  YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (1974)
A family favorite growing up!

  THE BURBS (1989)
In my top ten favorite films ever. 

  HOCUS POCUS (1993)
The most important Halloween film of all time.
